It is the policy of Cyberpub that any personal information given directly to Cyberpub, or via Everyone.net through the email or communities sections, or via ListBot through the newsletter mailing list, will remain strictly confidential and will not be passed to any other party except in aggregate form i.e. '40% of the mailing list are aged over 35 years'.

This policy will be adhered to except where Cyberpub is legally obliged to divulge such information.
